Ski Garden Boat Ramp
Upstream of the barrage is marvellous. Except for crocodiles. Until the belligerent tree huggers in DEH are brought under control and the 'city greenies' and bleedin hearts realise a freshwater public lake is not the right place for man eating prehistoric reptiles, extreme care is needed. Otherwise all the family could have a wonderful time here.

Greatly improved parking and ramp facility. Shady park with tables, bbq and child playground.Only prob is they have put granite rocks along the bank next to ramp so is now not safe to nose your boat in there to pick up passengers

2 lanes,easy access and easy accessJust check the river after any heavy rain though as you do get fair amount of debris coming down stream

Love this place always take the dog for a quick swim here on hot days. Not near the boat ramp of course lol but just up a bit.

Our river is beautiful, it's low at the moment so go with caution if on a craft. Submerged trees come into play and so does sand and mud banks. Ĺovely river to explore and you may even see a croc or two of a night
