Absolutely rubbish customer service, don't know why they have a phone number as they don't answer it. The other supermarkets don't have to work too hard to beat these clowns.

I go to Coles at Burpengary all the time and the staff are always so lovely there. Tonight in particular I was having trouble finding some items when a staff member saw that I was struggling and offered to help me find what I was looking for. Rachel was so professional and kind, she just had such a warm and caring Vibe. And it absolutely made my night.

Great variety of everything for the fridge and pantry. Prices and the Specials are always great. Service from the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I can buy all I need here....I like the Coles brand. It is as good as the branded goods. I buy alot of Coles products. Always good quality.
