After getting 1 shutter installed and having our expectations exceeded with how it performed my wife and I decided to get all our front windows done. Brett got things underway immediately from measure and quote to manufacture and we were able to get all installed on their next visit. Scott's installation was ace and it has instantly improved our property. Well done guys.

Knocked on my door and gave me a quote for some repair work in September. Now February and still nothing. None responsive over the phone.

There are two Australia Post sticker on my letterbox stating 'No Junk Mail. Nevertheless, your unwanted leaflet made it's way into my mailbox.If you looked at my house, you would have noticed what we already have roller shutters.

An absolutely disgraceful way to run a business.We were told many things by the salesman and the guy that measured the job was telling us differently from the salesman and then the guy to install them is feeding us another line. After spending thousands, we had to help him put them up, one little old man to install them .Do Not deal with this company.

Brett, Tom & team came out and replaced our old worn out roof. We found them all to be very professional, polite, careful and most of all on time. Tom’s customer service is top grade and the whole team were friendly and great to work with. I would not hesitate to have Right Way Home Improvements do any work on our home.

Can't recommend and thank Brett from Rightway Home Improvements enough for his hard work and dedication to our home. His communication and professionalism is second to none.Our shutters look amazing and really complete our house.We are very very happy with our experience.

Great company to deal with, upheld their word of doing it the rightway, sounded a bit standard to me at first but the genuinely did a great job and i now appreciate their service as well as their products after experiencing other companies in the same industry. Highly recommend if they service your area

Update 20/02/20Honestly wasn’t expecting anything from this comment I was just really frustrated that mum had been treated poorly and she was upset about it but this business did really try and make it up by delivering mum chocolates and flowers to say sorry and seemed genuine. I appreciate them following up this issue aswellI am honestly shocked about how the door salesmen treated my mum whilst trying to sell her roller shutters. He asked if we wanted them and she stated we didn’t have the money at the moment, but he kept trying to push and she had the same response each time when he had the audacity to say “well you have money you have people cleaning your house” my mum is legally blind and sets aside money each week just to have cleaners help her with the parts she can’t see when cleaning! I don’t think it’s good enough trying to guilt people into buying your products especially if they say they can’t afford it. Wouldn’t consider your company in the future now because of this service

My mother has been waiting 8 months for her last window shutter to be installed. First time they stuffed up measurments and told her they would return to put last shutter up but never returned. No phone calls or messages. Not professional at all. Also the remote controllers for the shutters are meant to last up to 6 months but she's recharging every 3 months. Not a happy customer.

Pushy door to door sales people say do not knock sign doesn't apply to them and just want to argue when told to leave and insult you.
