Absolutely love the women who work here! Kerry is extremely warm and welcoming and happy to help with anything I need. Last year there was an technical issue with my payment where I was double charged, she went above and beyond to help resolve the problem and made me feel completely at ease. As a regular customer, she remembers my previous order and is happy to have a chat on days when we’re not completely swamped.

the service was not great but in last 3 mths I have see an outstanding customer focus and service.

I went to this place today because I saw the cornhole with a price tag of $79.99( I took a photo) I asked the young lady if I can see it and I want to purchase it. She took the one I chose and scan it, and it’s coming up as $99.99, she told me she can’t change the price on the till and only the manager(on lunch)can do it. I asked when she’s coming back, she said just come back in .5 hour. When I went back, the manager is sitting down doing something, and the bad news was given to me by the young lady saying it’s $99.99, and can’t give it to me for $79.99. The manager didn’t even get up to talk to me, no apologies, for misleading me with the price tag. For me this means to show that she doesn’t care. My one star is for the young lady

Went into buy a packet of smokes , before I could even ask for them the girl (Billy) wasted no time in telling me that it was cash only. I asked why ? Her reply wash she'd already done her cash count. Hmm seeming there was still 20minutes until the shop closed thought this to be unprofessional if I was running this business I know I would except payment by cash still as it states closes at 9 not just for card only. I've seen her do this to a older gentleman before who only had cash' that had to leave and purchase his merchandise else where . Think management need to have a word with this one .Will be phoning the owner on this

Great service - always friendly - know what I want as soon as I walk in - highly recommend. Highly give praise to Kerry who works in there - she is fantastic.

Went into Golden Grove smokemart on Saturday and unlike other stores I have been in, the customer service was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and an overall great experience. Happy to travel 15 minutes out of my way to this store, instead of my local!
