I've worked with Megaphone extensively for the past 2.5 years. They are an extension of our team and a crucial daily resource. Their expertise in digital marketing - across the full marketing mix - is superior to other agencies - and their approach is friendly, professional and proactive. I also reap immense value from Megaphone's additional in-house support - including asset and EDM design, as well as and web support. Highly recommend Megaphone for small-medium businesses looking to upscale and grow ROI.

We are a small digital startup who came to Megaphone for assistance after hearing about some positive results they got for a friend's small business. Our experience with Megaphone so far has been that of a high calibre - our account manager Trent is in constant communication and collaboration to ensure they're creating and utilising our resources in the most effective way possible. He genuinely cares about the results and pushing for better - I can tell he wants to kick some goals on this project with us and loves the challenge. We have started off in a decent way, we've gone from a brand new brand and website that no one knew about, to receiving 10k+ visitors over a 9 week period with close to 20k in sales. We are continuing to use them to scale up, so watch this space. Recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDI have spoke to many marketing agencies and always felt pushed into a sale. But then I spoke with Christopher, one of the team members from Megaphone Marketing. He was great. Very honest, transparent and helpful.No trying to trick you to buy their services - genuinely helpful and good to deal with.

My experience with Megaphone Marketing has been nothing but top notch. My account manager Tiff is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about her. Most importantly, she really cares about my brand and setting up a sustainable future for it. This crucial aspect is severely lacking across big agencies.I like that they are on top of the data trends within ad manager accounts, as well as trends across all social platforms. I would in fact say, they are usually ahead of the curve which is great so you can plan a solid strategy and feel confident it will succeed.I found in many instances they wen't beyond what was promised in terms of deliverables. I would suggest to have a conversation with them. You'll know if your brand is ready or not just by chatting to them.

I do not recommend this company. They lost $16,000 of mine. I tried to organize a face-face meeting but they avoided this at all costs and wouldn't agree to it. Over my 4 months I had multiple marketing strategists as mine kept quitting from Megaphone. They over promise and under deliver. Save your money, I have since heard from another business owner that used them they lost them $50,000 over 10 months... I have heard from a previous staff member who is appalled by how they run this company and take advantage of small businesses and chew up their money. They have low retention rate and high staff turnover. I am disappointed and sad having so much trust / faith. The only thing they are good at is marketing themselves.

I am amazed with the services from Megaphone. Starting up with them was a great choice. I was assigned to Cinda and Anthony. They are both amazing but Cinda has become more of a friend than someone just doing their job". She messages me regularly and gets just as excited as I do when sales happen. I feel she is genuine and truely wishes the best success for my business. My reports are explained in detail and if I'm unsure with the stats I'm well informed about the meaning and what is happening. There is nowhere else I'd recommend other than Megaphone. I have had my fair share with marketing agents and marketing myself which I've been learning for about 3 years. Megaphone is a dedicated team and ready for the win. I look forward to my weekly meetings and having a lovely chat about our weekend before the meeting begins. There is definitely care towards their customers. Didn’t sign up because the girl I spoke to on the phone was the worst marketing representative I’ve ever had contact with. We were prepared to sign on two of our businesses (beauty salon & online shop), yet she seemed only interested and focused on one of them, and told we’d need a higher budget (which was okay). We’ve used a marketing company in the past and lost money so are a bit hesitant so asked how the results will be achieved and what the success rate is and was told ‘I don’t know, the majority probably make a return on investment’. She then went on to say that we may lose our money and that’s the ‘risk of an investment’. Sounds more like gambling if it’s a ‘let’s just see what happens’. An investment would be getting the info I asked for to make an informed decision about the proposed plan and deciding if it’s worth ‘the risk’. The girl did not seem confident in their ability to get results and had no clue on the companies success rate. I’ve spoken to multiple marketing businesses today with so much more information and confidence. Wouldn’t recommend based on this.Edit for response to businesses replying:I’m not too sure they’re aware which person I am? I’ve run one business for years and one is new, the new one is the one they seem fixated on and completely ignored the first business. In terms of budget and time, really not fussed on what’s required, obviously everyone wants to spend the least possible but if they were confident in their skills then I’d have signed on for whatever amount for however long. It’s not really a skill to advertise an already established and large business. Honestly really concerning the people meant to be professionals in this industry can’t market an established business or a start up. I’ve since signed up to another business which costs less and is already delivering incredible results!

I would highly recommend Megaphone to anyone who’s looking for a marketing company to take their brand to next level! Super Friendly, young & talented team. These guys are always on top of social media trends and will create quality content, that will get your brand noticed. Super impressed with their work & attitude. Definitely 5 stars from my side.
