This is a family business that offers reasonable prices and caring, personalized service. We were delighted with the result and the price quoted was better than most of the big companies. I really appreciated dealing with various family members and feeling that they really cared about what they were doing and getting the best outcome for us. Hands down would recommend. Derya and Solomon were easy to work with and they got the job done quick without sacrificing quality. I'm incredibly impressed with the sanding and polishing which has taken a drab engineered wood floor to practically a work of art.

We had a great Experience with Derya and Solomon from Concord Timber Flooring. The Customer service was impeccable and the Job was done quick and neat.As we are renovating our House now we shopped around a lot until we decided on this Company. So happy we did, they were a pleasure to work with.Around 100qm2 of Black Butt Solid Timber were installed just perfectly.Would recommend them anytime to anyone who needs Good Quality Work & Timber.

I give this business no star at all. In fact, I would recommend not to use them.Firstly their timing to very bad. They made appointments and dont turn up or hours later.They did not complete the job properly and corners are not closed off properly, leaving sharp edges everywhere.They dont glue the job properly which cause timber not to perform correctly, and they dont rectify the defects. We addressed the issues immediately and still they refuse their bad workmanship.Very disappointed customer.

Rose, Joseph and family are keeping parquetry craftsmanship alive and well. The preparation/foundation work was meticulously initiated and repeated as necessary to create a solid base. They also professionally negotiated a fastidious/observant strata and left all common areas immaculate. The final result is uniquely transformative to the space. Thank you.
