This place is good for convenience shopping but as for a full grocery shop I prefer to travel into Leongatha and purchase. Staff , manager and owner are very nice and helpful.

Great little town store.

Friendly staff, a good range for a small grocery store. All the basics you need + some. If your travelling to the area make sure you get specialtality items at your home stores

Kinda find it rude when places over change for feminine hiegine. We went to a remote foodworks with hardly any stock and the items were even cheaper there! The rest was ok. Happy with the fruit and veg section

Clean but small. A bit pricey but as its a rural store you expect that. Customer service is awesome

Most staff are friendly! One manager very very rude and has no idea on customer service and speaks to people rudely or not at all, you can say morning how are you today, response a glare. Unless you are a man or local. A line of customers, 2 registers and only 1 in use, even with a que the Manager talked to the person they serving for a good 5mins, after. With people waiting. Staff walk around watching the line of people grow. . The Deli is a joke and way over priced. The quality of meat, gristle ridden and way over priced. The fruit and vegies last 2 days. Messy and hard to find things. It is best to drive the extra 15mins to Leongatha, friendly helpful staff and more options of supermarkets.I paid by card, the machine beeped twice, I was charged $70 twice, when I asked what happens now, no refund offered just a snappy reply, see your bank! Not a tourist friendly place or welcoming.To the rudest manager ever, you are IGA not Harrods! I wouldn't have you in my store.

This place is like a mini Coles! Has most of what you need. A little pricey with the fruit but excellent quality and perfect while visiting a small town. I didn't expect this IGA to be so big inside. Sorry I forgot to take photos! I will on my next visit.
