We cannot speak highly enough of Todd and his business. He returns phone calls (which in itself is rare these days) and he keeps appointment times. His work is of a very high standard, and he answers every dumb question with ease & humility !!Would absolutely recommend Port Macquarie Antennas & TV Services to anyone.

I’m glad I chose Port Macquarie Antenna and TV services and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Jeff was amazing. He took his time to find the best position for the new aerial, even when it started raining he kept going (lucky it wasn’t heavy rain). It was about an hour and a half job, and because my partner and I both work he didn’t start until about 4pm. Later we found out it was an hour’s drive home for him, he never once complained, he just wanted to make sure everything was running right before he left. He was polite and thorough in his work and even added some extras with no additional charge. He also provided photos of the work and EFTPOS receipt when he emailed the invoice. The owner (I can’t remember his name sorry) was thorough when I was booking in too, asking what it was exactly that was needed and giving an accurate quote over the phone. In my opinion they are a great company that are dedicated to provided outstanding service. 6 stars out of 5.

Living out of town I have learned to provide the service provider with as much information as possible to ensure a 1 stop visit.I was supposed to be home when Grant dropped in but being busy got my days mixed up and was in Port when Grant was at my home.No mobile reception at home but Grant had enough info and initiative to complete job without me there.We met in Timbertown and completed close out transaction for work done and my hope it was going to work when I got home.100% satisfaction and nice people (honest) to boot.Very satisfied and no need for second call out.Tom

We contacted around 10 companies for antenna installation and Port Macquarie Antennas were the only company to get back to us and promptly. Todd was lovely & wasn’t fazed when we had to reschedule on short notice. Grant arrived to our home and was an absolute legend! So easy to talk to and a genuinely kind person. He walked me through everything, explaining his findings and options. A very knowledgeable technician. Brilliant service. We will be using them again, no doubt!

Grant came out this morning to re-connect our tv, sound bar/speakers and T-Box after re-locating to a rental property in Port Macquarie from a small regional town.My wife and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to, respectful and most of all fair dinkum and honest with no hard sell to upgrade any leads or parts.We will definitely use him again with confidence, to install our tv etc in our 'new' home within 12 months.
