We have been coming to this practice for a couple of years now and all of the vets we have seen during that time have been great. Very professional, calm, accommodating and informative. The building is a bit old but it's clean. Reception staff are very efficient. Good prices and excellent service.

Unfortunately the owner was a bit heavy-handed with my little puppy. I will continue going there but I will not have the owner touch my puppy ever again. The other staff members are fantastic.

On Sunday my dog got sick the care and speed of service Was amazing. The calmness of the option of care was explained carefully and I felt very informed on both what each option might do, as well as the cost of each option. When my dog came back home on the Tuesday afternoon it was like nothing had happened to him and the bill was about 1/2 of what I was expecting. Thank you very much to everyone involved.

Very professional clinic, l had to get our family cat put down. Lucy had a great life, but unfortunately for us, her time had come... 18yo. I found all of the staff & the Vet Martin, to be outstandingly compassionate, caring & respectful of the whole event occurring. This gave me great comfort at the time. So thank you for everything, I will be recommending you to anyone who wants to know. Cheers Greg.
