I've had a terrible experience with this company. Ordered my furniture in Novemeber. We didn't need the furniture straight away but were told the furniture would be up from Sydney by the time we needed it and that we only need to call a week beforehand to organise delivery. When I called to organise delivery it was not able to be delivered when I wanted. Then our original delivery date got cancelled. Then when my furniture was delivered the hall table was damaged. I then had to wait 2 more weeks for the hall table, to get a call today asking if the delivery date can be changed again. I would be more effective organising and picking the items up myself. And to add the other pieces of furntiure I purchased were not of a good quality. Watermark stains on the bookcase and paint already cracking on the dining table, and another blue mark. Never again will I deal with this company.

Ela at Home Sweet Home was just fabulous! Even though it was the end of the day, she went out of her to help us find a suitable sofa and gave us a very good price. Me and my wife were very happy both with our purchase and the excellent service we received.

Opening hours on Google and posted at entry of Bundall store state 9am Sunday. Did not open until 10. we had driven from Brisbane and had a time limit. we were also told by the Windsor store staff they would be open at 9. website also states opening time of 9am. This was my 3rd experience with Home Sweet Home and customer service was very average every single time. Website does not reflect stock in stores.EDIT TO REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER:I'm not sure how me reaching out to you helps you update your store hours to reflect the actual opening time? I'm thinking you replied with a standard response that is not relevant in this situation?

We bought the Excalibur 5 seater lounge , Beech King Bed and Sleepwell Mattress from Bundall and they are perfect! Love the Excalibur lounge, it’s great quality and very comfortable. The beech bed and mattress are very comfortable also. All the furniture looks so modern and fresh. We previously purchased our dining setting from Home Sweet Home and loved it. The service and delivery were 10/10. Love this store.Update - Excalibur has a fault and absolutely impossible to get assistance. Lodges 2 online forms requests from their website and also emailed Bundall store directly and still no response after 3 weeks. Have lodged a complaint with Qld Department of Fair Trading

They delivered wonky chairs. Called the bundall store and customer service. they told us to lodge a warranty claim. Did this three times and still no response from them. Lodged with fair trading and this home sweet home claimed we picked up the chairs and they didnt deliver them (eventhough we paid for delivery for the table which of course came with the chairs) so we werent entitled to a replacement. Very dodgy and unprofessional company, stay away very disgusting.
