Factory Direct were 5 Stars. From the first appointment to measuring the windows, communication in between to the installation was very professional. Their price was the best by a long way, Chris took great care and did a fantastic job on installation. The quality of the product is excellent. We could not be happier.

What can I say, the best decision I’ve made was having shutters installed.Kyle is amazing, he arrived on time, took my old vertical blinds down, cut them into bin size lengths. I would highly recommend Factory Direct if your thinking of new window furnishing’s. Thanks again.

We got 3 quotes for vertical blinds and FDS were definitely the most competitive due to a sales promo plus their product was by far the best in terms of quality, range, and value. Their sales and installation staff are also super friendly and professional ensuring the process for selecting the right products and installation went smoothly. Only minus we had was that they seem extremely busy so the installation waiting period was long (wait was 3 months) but overall we are extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

Factory Direct have been a pleasure to deal with from the initial quotation, ordering, installation and dealing with a major defect in the shutter colour. The fitters at both visits were great to deal with and made the whole experience painless. I wished there were more companies like this to deal with in the building market.I would Definity recommend Factory Direct to install shutters.

If you need shutters, call this company. I highly recommend them. I am so happy with the result. Through the whole process every person l spoke to in the company were so informative, professional and the installation happened without any problems. A huge thank you to Factory Direct.Love our new shutters, they make the home look alot more LUXE, and for a great price.Our installer, Kyle did an outstanding job, we couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous installer.He cleaned up meticulously after the installation, which is the first person to have ever done that and was so pleasant to deal with.FD are very lucky to have such an outstanding person doing your installations.
