Tropical Fruit World
Awesome tour of the farm! From cracking macadamia nuts, to seeing the turtles, boat cruise, patting the goats, learning about aboriginal bush tucker and tasting some amazing fruit = highly recommend. Don’t forget the half price local discount! AND the cafe food is great - I’ve had breakfast there twice now and it’s been so fresh and delicious! Plus a great dining area to relax amongst the greenery.

We had such a lovely experience at Tropical Fruit World. I went with my family, which included three teenagers and we all had such a lovely time. It was great value for money. We learnt so much about tropical fruits, had the opportunity to taste tropical fruits, the tractor / farm experience was very educational and hands on and there was more and more included. The feeding of animals, boat ride and not to mention the fruit market where we bought some more fruit to take home, the delicious ice cream and the very funny guide, Blair.I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great day out.

Great value for money and a fabulous experience. The ticket includes a tractor ride, tropical fruit tasting, a boat road and a bush food talk, alongside the opportunity for children to play in the playground or on the basketball court. The talks were really interesting and it’s surprising how much you learn. Great for all ages, and the staff were brilliant. Aside from trying and purchasing lots of fruit, we also saw lots of turtles and colourful birds on the tours.Definitely a place to visit for a few hours, with the tour being a couple of hours. Booking in advance is essential!

We had such a fun family day! I hadn’t been since junior school (1998?). The farm tour was great; exceptional value for locals only. Bought some yummy fruits to take home too that aren’t easily sourced back on the Gold Coast. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I have visited previously, and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. This time, the ticket prices for the tour had increased markedly and our travel companions couldn't warrant this expense (and their young children would likely become bored). We did visit the cafe where I had the crushed fruit ice cream, and purchased some Davidson plums and Lemon Aspen.

Wonderful amalgam of everykind of fruit tree suited for our subtropical climate! It’s good to precook the farm tour and get shown around in the trailer tractor train and you will see all as well as just turning up for the cafe experience itself

This is an amazing place to go to. The tours are well worth it and what you learn there is really interesting. My son (5 years old) and I had a great time and our time there went really quickly. The staff there are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If you can though, better to go when more of the fruit are in season so you get to try more. I was hoping my son could try miracle fruit there, but it must not have been in season in December. Overall a great place

They have over 500 fruits growing here, so depending upon when you come will depend upon on what you taste as part of the tour, and what you can buy at the shop.First you have a tasting plate of fruit, then a seated tour of the farm, then a look at some bush tucker, a boat ride and get to stroke and feed some farm animals. A fun 2 to 2.5 hour experience. Plus the food in the Cafe is nice too.
