Slow service on weekends. Triage Nurse was rude and informed me of a 3 hour wait. They assign 1 doctor for the whole hospital and expect them to do everything. No call back service so you can wait In the comfort of your own home. Very disappointed in my experience here

If I ever need to go to the hospital, I'd rather risk dying on the way to Mildura than enduring the hellish nightmare that is this hospital.

Presented to the Emergency Department yesterday and my husband and I were dealt with professionally. We were given clear information and were seen in the time frame that was told to us. Doctor was excellent and dealt with our illness. We are now recovering. Thank you for an excellent service.

My Dear Aunt has spent a bit of time in the Broken Hill Hospital lately, while most of the staff were great there was this 1 nurse who was rude to my Aunt and was going to fill the water jug in the bathroom where it is very unhygienic and in times like this where COVID is our main concern we need to practice good hygiene, from now on I think it’s a good idea to use the kitchen to fill water jugs not where germs breed

I was released from hospital 10am 19-9-22 and was still waiting for discharge papers at 6pm everyone blaming each other for the wait no one taking responsibility all sheep following each other chatting about their weekend not a good service much more let down moments during my stay
