Marcel was INCREDIBLY helpful! What a great experience. She was helpful, informative & not pushy at all. Haven't had an experience at a high end shop like this before! She seemed genuinely happy when we came back to buy our couch, which by the way is also fantastic! She really topped off the experience though. Thanks Marcel!

Starf are so in your face it's just akward and makes you want go leave, even when you say you are happy browsing they keep asking you questions and follow you around talking . especially this new guy who seems to have just started , I couldn't relax and look

Actually quite surprised... my Mum bought a sofa bed for several thousand dollars, bit much I thought, but that's what she wanted. After 9 months and maybe 5 times it was actually used as a bed, we noticed a small weld on the frame was loose - the sofa bed was still fully functional but a little bit of wire was no longer welded to where it should have been. She called up the store and explained what happened, hoping to (at best) have someone come out and re-weld it, like with soldering iron or something. But lo and behold, they actually - quite impressively I should add - replaced the whole thing! Brand new couch! Fresh new leather smell and everything.She had it for a good 9 months and it was very much used, only with a small bit of damage, which didn't even impact the use of the thing (it still worked 100%, just looked odd with a bit of wire sticking out) but they flat out gave her a new one. I don't usually give positive reviews but I thought that was pretty damn amazing customer service. I suppose if you spend the big money you get the good service... not that I can afford that kind of furniture but if I could I'm super comforted to know they support their customers to such a degree. Credit where credit is due. (I was seriously thinking they'd say 'what's wrong with it??.. nothing... so what are you complaining about?') Like I said, if I had the cash I would buy quality furniture from them knowing they'd totally back me up if it was at all faulty. Keep up the good work!

Waited 5 weeks for couch electric lift repair which was faulty from day 1. First service call cancelled. Once tech came he couldn’t fix it. 5 weeks after getting new couch still can’t use electric lift. Customer after sales service needs an overhaul. Should be that the customer is highest priority not telling me about processes and being condescending when doing so!

Went looking for furniture - needed 2 sofas - found some we really liked - (And they weren't cheap ones either!) and asked about getting them....All was well until we were told there was a 18 week wait - THATS CRAZY !!We needed something to sit on... as camping chairs weren't really good enough....So, we went next door to Harvey Norman, who had something we liked as well, - and only a 2 week wait !! Wouldn't recommend Nick Scali to anyone!(BIG MISTAKE Nick Scali.... you could have made a good sale....but missed out !)

What makes this store is the staff, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. No question was unanswered and they helped us understand what couch was right for our room size and comfort. Really good prices too, I was surprised. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with this store. Peter especially. I felt valued, and he was honest about the products and had great product knowledge and not a pushy salesman. He gave me space to think and yet was ready to answer any questions.This was not the experience I had at other stores.Unfortunately they only have a 12 month interested free available, or I would have bought more.

I do not usually write negative reviews but feel extremely disappointed with the level of after sales care that we have received after purchasing the MILTON rug at Nick Scali. The rug was advertised on the website and confirmed by a sales person in the Chirnside Park store to be 3m x 3.5m. Upon receiving the rug it was clear that it was the wrong size (3m x 4m). After several phone calls and emails, the matter is still unresolved and a service representative has refused to give us details of the timeline and process to resolve the matter. We feel that Nick Scali are doing everything in their power to avoid refunding our money (we were told initially by a member of sales at the store that Nick Scali do not offer refunds for purchases). We would advise others NOT to shop with Nick Scali.

Served by Tony at the Croydon outlet, he was very patient, let us walk and look around. He answered our questions, we left with dimensions to take home and check the room out. We came back with a few more questions AND conditions re: delivery. Throughout the drafting of contract he explained everything. We left very happy AND excited. Thank you so much.

We purchased armchairs from the Nick Scali Furniture store at Chirnside in 2018. After four years of occasional use the frame on one chair has failed to the extent where the front legs splay out and is now unusable. The second chair is showing signs of developing the same issue.Despite having a lifetime warranty on the furniture frame clearly articulated in the contract of sale, Nick Scali after sales service refuses to honour the warranty.In our experience, the supplied furniture was poor quality, the after sales service was terrible and the warranty was not honoured.After re-engaging as per the request below from Nick Scali team the matter was not resolved so a report has been submitted to the ACCC.
