Ornamental Lakes Park

It has been 4 years since I have visited and it has improved so much. It is so welcoming. Footpaths are beautiful. Scenery is stunning. It is so peaceful. Great place to relax.

It was good to see although a few areas are still being fixed after the floods

Very nice place for a picnic and water play across from the local river.

Very attractive and well maintained, great for a long walk and exercise, you can grab a coffee and light snacks too.

It's lovely to walk around

This is a lovely riverside park area with a small cafe that only has outdoor seating. There is plenty of park area for children to play with playgrounds and ponds with boardwalks. There is an outdoor stage where there is often community events, markets and live performances. There are public toilets available close to this all. A lovely place for the whole family to enjoy.

Checked out the water damage to the parks, so sad, but will come back in time.

Great area for families to catch up and even bbq.

The Mildura Ornamental lake and river front has something to offer everyone. A great walking trail along the river front or around the ornamental lake for the leisurely stroll with friends or walking your fur baby, Or if your wanting to up the pace thete a stairs and various self guided pieces of exercise equipment to put in the ultimate outdoor workout. There is a fantastic little cafe called Bobby and me that has a wonderful variety of food on offer and the best cup of coffee. All which can be enjoyed whilst sitting out under the tree's enjoying the great scenery of the ornamental lake. The kids definitely don't miss out here, There park is about to get an upgrade which is great, the paths are definitely a winner with the little ones on thier scooters and the huge grass areas to play cricket, kick a football or throw a ball with the dog. In the Summer the waterpark is a major attraction for families to enjoy watching thier kids splash around various water picnicking or holding birthday parties. A favourite of mine is walking along the rivernfront when all the water lillies are out. This beautiful spot is a must do for visitors. 10/10
