Can not recommend Teresa highly enough. Teresa goes above and beyond, brilliant, knowledgeable service. Teresa set up my Xero account for me, then very very patiently taught me how to use it. I'm in Far North Queensland and she's done all the work for me remotely, so you don't need to be close to her office for her to be able to help. This has made it so much easier to stay on top of my books, and has saved me around two full days a month.

I was recommended Teresa Tidball by a business advisor. Doesnt answer her emails, doesnt answer her phone. If your business is important to you I recommend an accountant that has better communication skills, unless you enjoy being audited by the taxation department. If there was a ZERO STAR option thats what I would give her.
