Went earlier to get a present for my mum, when the items were scanned they came up as their original price, but they were suppose to be discounted. I had $29.81 on a gift card (I checked the balance online before going in store). The lady serving me scanned my gift card and confirmed I had $29.81 and proceeded to use my gift card before trying to make the prices right and tried charging me an extra $10. The items I chose added up to $24. She then told me that I only had $25 on my gift card, even after I corrected her she charged me an extra $5. I want my money back. The gift I bought doesn’t even work properly. I’m very disappointed and won’t be shopping here again.

Waiting patiently in line to pay to see only one lady serving customers. The other 2 ladies on one checkout together totally ignoring me, not even acknowledging even though they knew I was there to then without a word put the sign register closed no sorry, explanation & still ignore me was totally rude & uncalled for. I said thanks for that to where my daughter then hears them muttering under their breath about me was damn right rude. Maybe they need a customer service training, very rude.

This store definitely doesn't cater to prams or wheelchairs. There is a set of steps dividing the store in the center so it's very difficult to get to the back half of the store. Also wondering around for a while and no one asked to help at all even though there were not many people in the store.

Don’t bother shopping here unless you can guarantee you won’t need to exchange faulty products. Purchased Roxy slides wore them once and they shrunk and curled up after leaving them at the front door. Now size 6 rather than 10.Staff aren’t enabled to provide exchange or refund. They had to call their regional manager. I now need to follow up with their head office in QLD. I live in the country (2,500km from the nearest City Beach) where there are no City Beach shops so I have no idea how I’m going end up with a resolution. Ridiculous!!

Wow what a lovely experience I just had in the whitfords store 2.3.2023. A lady with blonde curly hair was so helpful! He energy and charisma is a great asset for your team! Really appreciate her time helping and she was talking to everyone making us all feel welcome.!

Misleading in store advertisements, very unhelpful staff. Much better just to shop online at the invidivual brands then get ripped off in here.

One of the girl workers was, and I’m not over exaggerating here popping her spots in the mirror beside me as I was waiting to be served. Absolutely disgusting I’ve never seen anything like that before. It was the Sheila with bright bleached hair.

I had stressful experience with faulty product. We brought sunnies for repairs and were told it would take 7 weeks, 7 weeks past and no sunnies,manager said she can only write to manufacturer to contact us, manufacturer didn’t contact us so manager then called a woman (not sure why manager didn’t do it before) that receives faulty products before sending them to manufacturer and woman was sick for 3 weeks (can’t believe there was no replacement for her) somanager told us it will take another 3 weeks to repair sunnies. Now 3 weeks past and we are beyond disappointed still not having our sunnies for almost 3 months. Update - we got repaired sunnies back. Thank you

Went to look for jackets, the young lady behind the register was very helpful. Unfortunately she was the only person to assist in the shop and run off her feet...it would be beneficial if you were able to get another person in the store to assist...if you have a recognition certificate/award, this young lady deserves it.. visited store approx 2pm 21st Jun 22
