My sister and I saw individual Optomertrists at Halls Head WA Opsm at the same time on 31st March 2023. We both were extremely happy with their professionalism, knowledge, explanation and above all their genuine kindness and care. All the other staff members were happy, delightful and very helpful.

I picked up my new bifocal glasses today and have to say how disappointed l was. The store had no other customers and 3 staff on.I was left standing at counter handed my glasses, l suggested l should try them on, was given a sheet to read no instructions on was l should read or anything else. I them asked for them to be adjusted as they were too loose again with little care or customer service. I asked if cleaning spray came with them and was told no.Really l just spent @$700 on a pair of glasses and not even spray cleaner let alone the service.The initial consultation was good however the follow-up not. Definitely not going back.

2.5 hours to get my glasses sorted after having my eye test. Time does not inc me choosing my glass styles.Way too long. Girls were friendly and polite though but much too much mucking around. Next I received no notification as was promised, letting me know my glasses had arrived at the shop on the 9.12.21. I happened to pop into the shop today the 17.12.21 to check what was happening and my glasses were there. Service is lacking. Not happy. Also I could only get into leave a review by clicking on 5 stars. My star rating for this shop is one star only. This review may not get published. If it doesn't I will be visiting the shop to complain.

Always get great service and products, once tested normally glasses show up quickly. Have never had an issue with my local store great customer service and backup.
