Fishmarket Reserve
Fish market reserve is an all round magnificent location right next to Swan Valley. With a well maintained boat ramp for boating enthusiasts to small beach launch areas for kayaking enthusaists this area truly has it all. There is a kids at ground, and many locations on the river front for families to enjoy a picnic.

Beautiful Grounds to walk the dog or do some fishing or even take a dip. Very limited facilities, no public toilets and no car access past the car park. Great playground. River views are beautiful.

Fishmarket Reserve
Great place for a relaxing picnic or day out in your boat. Really good boat ramp here for launching small to medium sized boats with plenty of parking for the boat trailer. Canoeing and kayaking are very popular along this area of the river. With picnic tables and barbecue facilities available, this makes for a very relaxing day out for any family. Plenty of shade is available and a modern toilet block. There is even a well maintained playground for the kids and even an old tyre swing!

Good kayaking short rest stop to stretch legs when returning from beyond Lilac park bridge. BYO coffee in floatable drink bottle! Pictures taken week after 2nd largest rain; 2day river much safer than last weeks misadventure backwards upside!

Fishmarket reserve is a fantastic place to take a walk along the river or rest under the shade of many trees, located just off Guildford Rd makes it ideal place to have a quiet boat ramp. Equipped with a children's playground. Stop by and check it out by boat or by car.

Went down to try our luck with the fishing rod, but alas, the fish were not biting. Wood BBQs available for use, picnic tables and nice playground for the kids. Only downfall, NO public toilets that I could see anywhere. Had to pee behind a bush.
