Ridiculous store policy and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this shop. Much more helpful and friendly service and fair store policies in other shops at Yipperenye.

I brought some sunglasses in for lense repair. Customer service rep Miguel quoted me $60+ shipping for the repair. I agreed and then 2weeks later called for an update. Miguel stated no updates and would call the vendor to see the progress. He never called back for the update. When the sunglasses arrived, Miguel called and said they were ready but the total was now $138. He said he gave me the wholesale price and have to pay double the quote. Total rip off. Wouldn't recommend repairs at the store.
