I have used Chemist Warehouse In different parts of Australia and never had a problem.....until I came to Adelaide and moved into the leafy suburb of Athelstone, never have I had so many problems with a recurring prescription....the script is meant to be ready every second Thurs and they have managed to not have it ready til a week late. So when I went to collect it and questions the fact it wasn't ready I ended up in an argument with the pharmacist. How & why ???? When clearly they were in the wrong now I'm banned...Laughable really....DO UR JOB RIGHT is always a good option specially when it's clear U ARE WRONG!!!

Terrible customer service by the white ladies who work with the perfumes. Very unfriendly, hard to flag down and flippant. Basically walked away after brashly handing us a tester strip. Not a nice place if you’re looking to find a new fragrance or gift. Was not able to get recommendations or even flag her down again to test out another one or two. Avoid.

Young chemist begin prescription counter would not issue me with blue asmol puffer as I was not on their system however I brought one from same shop no more than a year ago. Couldn't tell me when I first went to counter made me wait 10-15mins before calling me up to say no ...bad experience won't be back she is very difficult and painful person!

One guy at the prescriptions counter was extremely rude! I have been to many chemist warehouse stores and all have been great so far except this one… If you need prescribed medicine & are able to drive to other chemist. Please avoid this one!

I bought some products last week. Was overcharged for some discount products. So I went back today.First spoke with assistance staff couldn't help so she called manager. In between another assistance staff jumped and told me let me see receipt. With attitude she tried to denied and told me no overcharged. Then manager came, he also told me the same. So I explained him in simple language (like I teach my 10 year old kid), he wasn't convinced and told me you are right but there is no overcharged. The system is right". I said thank you for took extra money and wasting my time

It's fine, but just don't leave any important scripts there. The amount of times they 'misplace' them and it takes ages for them to find it. The other day I was seconds away from calling my GP to get a replacement script when they 'found' the script, stapled behind my other script. It's really not that hard. But I do pay $10 less here than anywhere else, so it is what it is.

Brought in a single script and rudely told I was too early to have a repeat. I advised doctor doubled the dose to which they asked for 30 mins to confirm with my doctor. Came back 30 mins later and asked if dose was confirmed. They told me my clinic was closed and they couldn't confirm. Clinic was over the road and a brief visit showed they lied as the clinic was well and truly open. Not only bad service but liars as well. So no meds for me tonight as these chemists now think they are doctors.

The male pharmacist is so rude, it's like you're an inconvenience to him because you want a script filled, however the girls are lovely. I have given this guy a lot of chances thinking he might be having a hard day or under the pump but nothing has changed.I won't be returning to this store again even though it's around the corner from me.Back to national pharmacies I go where all of the staff treat you well.
