A great stop over if you are visiting the flower festival nearby.. lots of space for bbq,picnic and gathering, beautiful trees and has a playground for kids too..

So much space for family gatherings and walking. Plenty of parking, 2 carparks. The first carpark is next to the reservoir viewing area, the second and biggest is the picnicking and walking area. Very peaceful.

Nice wide open park. Plenty of picnic areas. Decent amount of parking. Toilets, BBQ area and Small play ground for young kids. Worth a visit.

Lovely place for a picnic. Thought there's be some walks but it was more restricted than expected. It's quiet and open if you walk down to the clearing. Dogs have to be in leads according to the sign but no one would check.

Silvan Reservoir Park
Large park located at the foot of the Silvan Reservoir Dam Wall. Great location for picnics, BBQs, walks, enjoying the scenery along with a few historic relics. Large car park and extensive lawn area with lots of shady trees, benches and tables to sit on, playground for kids and public toilets. In Autumn especially the lawn and treed area is beautiful with a lot of Autumn colours. Definitely worth taking the short walk thru the forest and fern Gilly's at the lowest part of the park. It is usually very busy here on weekends when the weather is fine and it can be hard to find parking, even though there are hundreds of parking spots.

I love this park so badly. Nice place for children and adults. Toilets are in good condition. You can have fire woods for fire. BBQ facilities too. Dogs allowed. Lovely surrounding!!

preferred site to conduct Manimush annual end of year party, facilities are not kept up to maintenance and unavailable most times like the main toilet block in the upper part of the park .

Nice place for pinic. Not crowded. Plenty of parking space. Nice little playground for small children. Many tables and benches around but didn't notice any BBQ pit/area. No dustbins around, so you will need to bring back your rubbish to dispose off. Not really a good place for walking dogs though.

A beautiful secluded park, ideal for a quiet family picnic or an afternoon playing sports on the large green open spaces. Not much of a walking path if you’re looking for a real hike. Lots of parking space (2 key areas - the lower one being the main one), heaps of picnic tables around, public toilet available and you might see the odd rosella as well. The reservoir area is completely fenced off as well. Great for big group gatherings and lazy sunny afternoons with friends and family.
