Canning Reserve
Beautiful park.Rides, lake, walk/bike trail. Few shaded areas, and benches. Everything in one place. Next to the canning reserves, ample car park available.

This is such a beautiful park to bring the family, there are BBQ facilities, playground for the kids and a few trail walks to walk or ride bikes.

Canning Reserve
Good place to park and walk along the Maribyrnong.I lead hikes for Escaping Your Comfort Zone body positive adventure group and Canning Reserve is a great starting point because of the parking and toilets.Perfect distance from the reserve to Solomon's ford & back for an evening stroll.Also love the picnic shelters for a post-walk snack or lunch after a daytime walk!

Canning Reserve
The reserve is a great place to come with family or friends. It has plenty of play ground for the kids to play on including a flying fox. Kids will be easily entertained. Also has plenty of BBQs with two shelted table and seats. Runs along side of river with the walk and bike tracks nearby. The only downer is that it too close to the main road but it's surprisingly quiet.

Great place to to come for a walk jog or run, nice football oval(home of avondale fc) or a bikeride along the river. Bring the kids for a play on the playground or a fish, or bring the whole family for a a bbq.....pretty much covers all your outdoor needs form sunrise to a sunset outing.

Nice place never expected to be that close and easy to reach. Place to relax, picnic, BBQ, and to top it up play ground for the kids.
