Johnstone Park
Lots of different events and ceremonies held here throughout the year. Anzac, Carols by candlelight, White night, Markets etc. Always very clean and well kept lovely gardens. A very nice place to sit down and enjoy the serenity.

The park is at a walking distance from Geelong station. It has a nice garden which is ideal for a picnic with kids and family. It does have Geelong library at the centre of it which is also a must visit. Just cross the road and you would be in the market where you can find lot of eating options.

The lawn at this park is amazing! On a nice sunny day, just bring along your lunch or cuppa and enjoy the view here. It’s just next to the train station and not far away from the waterfront

Beautiful park with plenty of big trees for shade during summer. Enjoyed takeaway fish and chips in the park. Adequate free parking space. Very quiet to spend some quality time with family.

Kelidoscope maze was good. The kids loved running in the park and rolling down the hill. Library great.Didn't think the art gallery inviting when you first walk in.Can't wait for the preforming arts centre is finished in Lt malop st as it looks impressive think it missing out not facing Ryrie st.
