This is a pretty nice park. The creek is surprisingly clean. Nice path to walk along & surrounding trees & grass keeps the area cool. Nice greenery appealing to the eye too. Path is well away from the road & connects Sunshine with the Ring Road trail. Well mowed & maintained too.

It has some great open space and a decent walking and biking track beside it. Playground needs a major upgrade and creekside needs better maintenance. This area has enormous potential.
