Will NOT recommend!The fix wasn't possible without the big $$$, we felt they were more money driven than wanting to help us with a repair.We did the fix ourselves and it still works.

Would recommend highly, easy to deal with, had an initial issue with repair and after a quick call and a subsequent fuss free revisit the fix was easy. The service technician, Brandon, was very professional and a great representative for this company.

Could not have been happier.1st Class Service from start to finishOur F&P refrigerator malfunctioned and we arranged for Brad to come an make a repair..Very polite and helpful in explaining the problem.Replaced the faulty part but the issue persisted.Returned the next day and tried another part to no avail.Sadly the refrigerator was unable to be fixed.All that was charged was the initial call out fee..So appreciative and would highly recommend
