Specsavers Optometrists - Warnbro Centre & Audiology

I have been going to specsavers warnbro for some years now and have always had great service until now. Emma was absolutely lovely & helped me pick my glasses unfortunately when my glasses came in the reading part was missing, mistakes happen & i was ok with that, what i am not ok with is a week & a half later i called on the off chance they may be in & 1 pair was, no call from specsavers, unfortunately my 2nd pair had not come in, another week and a bit goes past i willjust just ring and see if the 2nd pair are in, again they were & noCall from specsavers. I go to pick my glasses up & was told there would be a 10 minute wait 2 people cane in after me & went in, i thought if one more person goes in before me i am going to lose it as it is not my fault of the error & i had made an appointment when i originally went to pick up my glasses, when i was finally served a comment was made about one of the pairs having these new lenses, my response was both were suppose to have it she neither confirmed or denied so now i have no idea if i got what i paid for, so disappointe

I would just like to congratulate Tammy from Specsavers Warnbro store. I went instore to oreder new glasses last week & she was so helpful, showed great customer service, extremely friendly & made my experience a memorable one. Thanks Tammy

Have been going to specsavers Warnbro for a couple of years, everytime the service is really good, everyone is very friendly and helpful, but the main reason for my review is Jason, The man is a knowledge/service Legend, Jason always knows how to fix my little issues ( that I cause ) and goes above and beyond what I would normally expect, Honestly thankyou so much Jason,I will never go anywhere else.

Popped into the store yesterday morning just to have a quick browse and a lovely helpful lady named Emma assisted me. I will definitely be back in soon to purchase some new frames. Thank you once again, Emma !!

Sat is an outstanding Optometrist and person, not only did Sat take me in without an appointment, due to me having an allergic reaction that had severely effected my eye. He was extremely thorough with his examination, Sat also took the time to contact me over the weekend to check on my progress. I can't recommend him highly enough, if you need an Optometrist, Sat is your man. I'm extremely grateful for all Sats help.

Went for an Audiology test at Specsavers today in Warnbro. Tom, the Audiologist, was amazing! Explained everything meticulously and made me feel very at ease. I would highly recommend going to see him if you have any concerns about your hearing.
