DO NOT BUY!! Really really bad quality product. After 2 flights the suitcase was missing 2 wheels, had HUGE cracks all over, handle was broken and zipper started coming apart. So surprised it made it home. The 3rd wheel broke at my front door. Time to throw this piece of junk in the trash where it belongs!!

Purchased my suitcases in June 2022, I have used it on 2 trips. Poor quality, wheels are terrible, stitching is cheap and coming loose, handles are cheap and do not click in. My Kmart suitcase is better quality than these suitcases. Would not recommend at all. Invest your money else where. I also reached out to have the issue rectified only to receive a response stating that my review crucified them online. When I was merely being honest about the disappointment of my order. They got back to me stating someone would be in contact on the 31/10/2022 it’s now 1/12/2022 and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Was actually expecting better customer service from a company who said they would have helped had I come to them first. Customer service here doesn’t seem to be very good all here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for express, took a week to send out and nothing has arrived. Customer service is appalling. Getting a response and help is near impossible, I currently have no luggage and they can't sort it out. They use a random company to send their things who are also impossible to contact. Don't bother with them.

Would give these products 0 stars if I could. I've purchased both a suitcase and laptop cover and both broke after very little usage. Laptop cover both zippers broke after 2 weeks and the suitcase after 2 trips the zippers snapped in 2 and popped out of the suitcase. No response from the customer team after several emails. Not worth the money at all. I work in product production and honestly it's all marketing, product quality is very poor. Go find yourself a trusted brand an invest in good quality product.

❌UPDATE PLEASE READ ❌ Possibly the worse customer service encounter I’ve ever experienced!BEN called me as a response to my below review - he said they ordered the replacement part ‘in good faith’ and paid for it as it wasn’t a warranty job (Hard case carry on with TSA apparently shouldn’t be checked in?!) and it had been ‘yanked’ off.He had the audacity to scold me leaving the below review, and said I should have just contacted them which I also did immediately prior to leaving the review.Taken aback by this, I called him out for reprimanding a paying customer for leaving an honest review, and explained that based on my professional experience, as a company they should take it as feedback for further improvement and development and simply APOLOGISE for the inconvenience. After a few heated exchanges, Ben said - he will Google me, thinks I treat people ‘like s**t’ and should look at myself in the mirror, says I think I’m better than everyone else, doesn’t believe that I’m a professional, says he could quit this job tomorrow and not give a ‘f**k’, the list goes on!I believe Ben has some serious training to undergo or move on to a more suited role, this is certainly not an acceptable response a company representative should be giving. Nor should a company accept this behaviour.————Wheel fell off on the baggage carousel after 1 use! I’ve had to continuously chase them for updates and finally a month after first reporting they said they will replace the wheel ‘under good faith’. It arrived today and it is the incorrect one. Disappointing in not only the product but their communication and customer service lacking tremendously.

Shockingly poor design and construction luggage. Bought 2 - one carry-on and one large - both wheels have broken/fallen off after just light usage.

Suitcase broke after one use and the customer service is appalling, they take forever to respond. Do not recommend!

This store is fantastic! When you enter you are greeted instantly and taken care of the entire time. Janet is by far the best employee to work with. The product is worth every dollar. I drove 1hr down to Sydney just to get new luggage and I am so glad that I did. I highly recommend this company, product, and store. Worth your time!

Nice design luggages but not functional. The jet-black metal label came off on day 1! The wheels are not good at all and for the price you pay I just wouldn't recommend it. For such a high price you pay there are better brands with better quality out there.
