Finally an eatery in Tasmania with beautiful music conducive to relaxed dining.Delicious Chai Latte. Lovely friendly service.

Stopped by Woodbridge on a Market Day Saturday. Yep, it's a small village, so a small market in the village hall, but what a happy group of folk here offering their various crafts and lovely things to eat. Outside in the village we found their 'little libraries' and this too is a great thing. So we've included a few pics of Woodbridge Village, including the church.

Excellent food and coffee with friendly service. Interesting shop too, and the Sunday market over the road is one of the best I've ever seen.

I finally found my way back here after an initial visit some 12 months ago.For the first timers driving South on the Channel Highway, look for the signature metal horse grazing out front. Parking can be had easily within a number of side streets.Ok, now we are ready to sample the food, and enjoy the atmosphere . . . I arrived 15 mins before midday, secured a table and ordered Chicken Skewers with Salad.My lunch was served to me within 15 minutes, and in that time most tables filled with customers. The chicken was absolutely delicious and salad as fresh as you can get . . . I was impressed by the level of service, which was delivered with warmth and sincerity . . . .do yourself a big favour and organise a date to visit, you won't be disappointed. This business deserves a 6 Star rating . . . alas I can only give it the maximum 5.Tell them that Harvey sent you :))

My family goes there weekly for lunch. Great cafe restaurant with a cosy ambiance (even live music on some weekends). Very friendly owner who really gives a soul to the place.Very good rotating menus with great presentation, yummy ingredients and nice balance; delicious meals. Really a hidden underrated gem. If you are in Woodbridge, stop there for lunch. Definitely worth a visit even from as far as Hobart for a treat.Very affordable too.

Fantastic little place whose exterior belies the treats within. From the store's fresh produce, deli selections and homewares, to the outstanding café and fantastic staff, this place is a hidden gem.

Very generous ploughmans lunch, the terrine was very tasty and I appreciated the selector pickles. The large coffee is actually large! It’s nice to sit in, it’s been a while since visits and I think the cafe layout is better than the general store. Croissants could be fresher! Can’t win them all.

We stayed nearby during our Tasmania road trip and decided to have lunch there one day. Was very surprised by the curry of the day which was an Indian style curry dish. Coming from Singapore, I didn't expect an authentic curry in a small Tasmanian town but was pleasantly proven wrong! Also loved the friendliness of the staff and enjoyed the live music band playing that day. In the end, we grabbed coffee there one morning (they open early!).

While the turkey and Brie pide was decent, the Caesar salad was appalling. Literally half the lettuce was brown and inedible. The dressing tasted like pure whole egg mayo. And for the price I’d expect much better.Very expensive for what I received.
