so beautiful in the late summer. It's not far from Launceston, definitely worth the visit! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gorgeous day at Ben Lomond but sadly there was no snow except the man made stuff when we went. Highly recommend the shuffle bus to get up to the top of the mountain, the drive looked very hairy & with the shuffle bus we were there in no time & the driver also gave us some history and facts about the area. Would love to come back when there is snow!

One of the most geologically beautiful/intriguing places in Tasmania/Australia. The drive leading to the national park and the drive up to the peak offer some truly breath-taking views of the surrounding country side and the amazing geological formations. The rocky and jagged rock formations truly make you feel like you're in the middle of a set from a sci-fi flick.

Like stepping into another world. So many different atmospheres in one place with the weather changes and clouds rolling in and out. Some lovely photo opportunities. If snow, chains are a MUST. Parts are steep and narrow if you want to get right to the top but worth the effort.

This was my first visit and I'm glad I finally made it. The climb up Jacobs ladder was one of my motivators.I came in from the east via dirt roads and will admit to getting geographically challenged" (lost) on our way in as the signs beyond Upper Esk were less than useful

Very good place to go, snow or not. though it'll be better with snow, if there isn't heaps, they'll generally turn on the snow makers for the kids part. You can also hire boards, skiis and toboggans. The 2 shuttles hold about 10 people each and are normally always going.

Great day. With a good snow fall Ben Lomond comes alive. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Pub could do with better opening hours and more traditional snow beverages but all other facilities are fine. Front sloped would be better groomed as there lacks a bit of consistency between powder and icey. The national Park is stunning. Some geological formations are breathtaking and plenty of great views of nature and wildlife. Most spectacular is the road up to the resort. Rates in the top 10 most dangerous roads it is epic.

People work here is really kind, and I would like to come again in better snow season. We parked in the lower car park and called for the shuttle bus. Driver is really nice and stopped in the middle so that we got a chance to see and take pictures of Jacobb's ladder.
