One week ago I went into store and asked if there were any reed diffusers on sale ie: the ones that had a small saucer to place underneath. “No we only have full priced ones” - “ok thanks” I said and walked out - today I get email to say they are on sale!!! Could she not have told me that a sale was pending on those items and to look out for it?? If they want customers to purchase their very expensive items they should be more helpful as other stores can be (especially with price and sales) Perhaps the staff need more customer service training??? Also makes me wonder if they sell those little saucer’s separately???

I can’t believe I brought 3 10ml bottles of Essential oils, when I got home to open them they were only half full. What a waist of $50, won’t be going back to buy more.

Dusk is super expensive but if you want something smelly they have every way of delivering every smell imaginable. Good quality and huge range.

Love this shop so many candles and smells

I became a Dusk member on the 26th Dec Thrs.I paid $10 to become a member with a fact I’ll get my $10 back as a voucher.When I received an email with $10 voucher I got very excited. Instead of driving to a store I wanted to buy a candle online. Unfortunately, it was not very clear for me how to sign as a member.I added my candle worth $20 to my cart, and applied a $10 voucher. It took $10 off. As a member I was supposed to get 50% off shipping and the original price off candle was supposed to be $19. So I would pay $9 for a candle plus 50%off shipping.It was not clear for me why I couldn’t get a member discount so I gave up on this idea and drove to a Dusk store in Eastlands.I believe I was the first customer as I arrived at 9:00am on the 30th Dec Sat.The young woman who works there didn’t bother to say hello or offer to help... She just ignored me...When I finally decided what candle I wanted to buy, I went to the counter with a smile. I presented my membership card and gave her my voucher code.She said I already purchased a candle online and she can’t apply the discount.I said oh, I tried to purchase but it was not clear to me, so I came to the store to buy a candle and she could give me advice on how to buy online as a member.Unfortunately, she was very grumpy and didn’t smile, all she said was, she can’t help me because I already applied that voucher online. I said yes I did, but when I saw I can’t get 50% off shipping and a discount member price, I didn’t actually buy anything. She was getting angry and raised her voice at me, saying that she can’t help me.I said that I had to drive 30 minutes, just because of my online issue, and she didnt want to help me? Instead she said that she drives 45minutes to work everyday!!! I was getting upset so she gave me the $10 discount after she carried on. To show her disregard for customer service, she gave me change and aggressively hit the till.If I knew this was the service standard I would receive from Dusk, I would never have become a member and would buy candles somewhere else.This lazy rude staff member absolutely destroyed that nice feeling I used to have towards Dusk.
