Riverside Golf Club

My partner and I have recently moved to the area and have been searching for a golf club to play at. We attended the club on the weekend and went to the pro shop. We were served by a lady (Diane) who all I can say was very rude and unhelpful. The tone she took with us as non members was nothing less than completely rude. I also witnessed her speak to an elderly gentleman in the same way, who was visibly upset by the tone she took. I think you should consider the staff you employee in a customer facing position and perhaps undertake a customer satisfaction survey as I have no doubt having employees like this would be detrimental to your business for both the gold course and the pro shop. This should be an enjoyable experience and it was far from that. I will not be returning.

Congratulations to the greenkeepers at Riverside, as the course is looking absolutely magnificent. Also thanks to the volunteers! Always a pleasure to play there.

Great place. Plenty of parking, great staff very well kept golf course.. Fantastic views of the mountain ranges!

Wonderful afternoon well run event Wine tasting Tamar valley wineries. Great company beautiful setting overlooking the golf course and river.

Enjoyable day with a good foursome, just unfortunate the course is like a lot of other's lacking water. Will be back. B.C. Since my first review l have played the course several times and will continue to in the future. The course is in fine condition and a pleasure to play.

Nice course great price for a round this time of year

This is indeed a hidden diamond. Friendliest and most professional bar staff; absolutely delicious meals; stunning and well-maintained course with beautifully manicured greens; excellent events and great facilities. The management and running of this golf club are a tribute to Mark B., Michael S., Amanda S., Alan S. Anthony B., and the entire commitee and team.The warmest welcome.

Golf was great, grounds were maintained to a point.. at $45 per person at 18 holes, it was a bit on the high side for the price where most courses around here you would pay an extra $5 and you could have a cart hire aswel and one thing I found to be a problem as a Casual player - (non member) was that we were told by staff, we couldn't play through other players yet we had multiple players teeing off and playing through while we were still in play on the course, and if we offend any members we will be escorted off the golf course" so myself and my golf partner felt rushed the entire time. All in all...course 7/10Staff 5/10Price 4/10"
