An over ambitious driver crashed into my car whilst I was leaving the complex (after a relaxing and successful shopping trip). Within a minute the centre staff were there to help make calls and get the traffic flowing again. They stayed till everything sorted out. Very organised, thanks.

It is so beautiful, so much natural sunlight, plants everywhere, gorgeous wicker lightshades that probably cost a fortune but it's just magnificent to visit, I love how all the food goods and cafes have matching chalkboard signs it's really brings the whole place together as a United group of businesses. Very well laid out easy to find everything. Ticket parking is free for the first 3hrs then only $2 for 3-6hrs etc. Cheap rates well looked after. Definetly worth a visit to see how a well planned centre should look like. Great range of shops, very clean, Well done guys..

This place is huge, they seam to have a bit of everything..A food court, toilets and loads of parking . Its a huge shopping centre .. the atmosphere seemed pleasant.Downside would be there were no centre maps or information boards we could use to find out way around . We did eventually find a centre concierge that was very nice and helpful.Overall was a nice experience.

Westfield West Lakes is a very large comprehensive commercial center in Adelaide that integrates shopping, catering, leisure, and more. The environment, facilities, and services are all excellent. We can stay here happily for a whole day, and three hours of free parking time is often not enough.

Lovely clean, well maintained, large, airy modern shopping centre with a great variety of stores, plenty of cafes and food outlets. A convenient amount of restrooms and disabled toilets. Thou the parking lot area could be improved, it's very confusing.

Not very crowded and that will be better that they have more food stalls like Marion. For carpark need to take a ticket. Overall, nice shopping mall to visit.

I grew up going to West Lakes, so it's wonderful to know that the old stomping grounds haven't deteriorated over time. Far from it, they're always adding and developing new areas, I feel like I'm going to find a new store every time I go! Overall, good range of stores, always clean, rarely so busy that it's a problem.
