Went on a Spirit of the Coorong boat trip. Very informative. Saw lots of wildlife: pelicans, seals, all kinds of sea birds

This is a long park along the coast of Murray River and Lake Alexandrina. It is spectacular and full of wild interest.

Beautiful area. Absolutely loads of birds and wildlife. When we visited in Oct there were also a plethora of mosquitoes. Good camping. No real places to get supplies unless you travel 20-30 mins.

Pelican Point Lookout had HUNDREDS of pelicans in flocks and v formations flying overhead. I have NEVER seen so many pelicans at once. the brief stop was a breathtaking highlight of the drive along this unique coastal drive that felt like I was closer to God. truly unbelievable. likely a result of the recent floodings. Please stop and have a look. take photos, memories but leave only footprints.

This place is INCREDIBLE. Lots of history and a boat our is the perfect way to explore and learn more. Learned a lot about native fauna and Aboriginal connection to the land. I could have stayed out all day.
