My mum called the hospital asking for help for my 7 year old brother because he was having really bad chest pains that of a heart attack and the response they gave was, we don’t have any more beds available and since you had covid you will have to wait in your car and we “might” see you and that will take 3-4 hours (which we did have it before this incident but we were out of quarantine once this happened) Mind you while all of this is happening my brother is still in so much pain thinking he’s going to die and he is also overweight so it makes it so much harder for him, then they say to go Google children and adolescents help and see" if they can get you into the hospital. Absolutely appalling."

Travelling SA and went to ED. Initial assessment and care by nurses and I believe Dr Boon Toh was excellent. Went above and beyond with scans and tests done to ensure all covered off and liased with Adelaide Hospital to tick all boxes. Couldn't have been.more impressed and thankful for care and treatment

Thank you to the emergency nurses and doctor who quickly, calmly and considerately checked my little 7 month old in the evening after a bout of fever and vomiting. I left feeling very confident that my child was properly reviewed.

Rude doctor. No empathy, arrogant, could not even understand what doctor was saying. Prescribed me the wrong medication for my newborn baby. 0/10!

Waited for 5 hours sitting in pain and still not seen a doctor. Told it would be a while longer so ended up leaving to drive to somewhere that they will help.

Excellent care. My daughter recently had surgery & from admission to discharge her care was exceptional. All staff were professional & friendly. I could not fault the care she received. Thank you.

Visiting the Accident and Emergency twice in three months and was seen to quite promptly. Good communication and assistance

Had to go to this hospital on Monday 8th Feb with dislocated knee. The Hospital staff were really good. Very friendly. Made to feel safe and well. I'd like to give big thanks to Nurse Nichola, she a seriously nice professional Nurse. Very relieving to know there are people like her in the world. Nurse Nichola =10 stars.

Port Lincoln Hospital provides great service. I have been there for the past 2 weeks as an in patient between Eyre B and Renal Ward and cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, empathy and care. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you to everyone involved.
