After ordering a small spare part we waited 6 weeks for a parcel delivery to arrive... this involved lodgement of a lost parcel with big carrier. We requested a refund or new product to be sent out asap (not with same carrier preferably) and had to luck. Poor attitude from company. Finally the parcel arrived, but not due to the company helping. Would not purchase from them again.

Have to say probably the best service I've had from a company supplying on line. They had to order the product in and informed us right away, then kept us informed about expected delivery time and it arrived bang on schedule. We're in far North Queensland and they're in Melbourne so well done. Will definitely use Vacuum Spot again.
