Godfreys Mount Gravatt Superstore

Hi, i went into the store as i thought my dyson was broken. The lovely ladies fixed it as there was plastic and paper stuck. They went out of their way to help me. I offered to pay. I highly recommend this store as i was treated as a person and not a number.Thanks again ladies. Regards Suzy and the Ragdoll kitties

The customer service is really pathetic. The management is very rude. I brought a stick vacuum cleaner from there 12 days ago and since it's not charging and cleaning properly, went there to refund/change it;however, the staff said cannot replace it until I repair it from there 2 times. Eventhough the policy is mentioned in the receipt that able to refund/replace/repair. The manager didn't even approach the customer. No loan facility is available when on repair period. When follow up about the repair, staff said that we did put water inside the vacuum ,it's ridiculous as we don't have any other vacuum cleaner. I don't recommend this shop to anyone, very poor management and products.

Wonderful customer service, sales staff were amazing in helping my roommate and I choose the best product.

I took my elderly parents to buy a vacuum cleaner this morning and cannot recommend the experience highly enough. Top marks to Julie who displayed patience and kindness when dealing with my parents, as well as a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm when demonstrating the product in which they were interested. Julie gave my parents a generous discount and also carried the box out to my car. Thanks Julie, I'll definitely be back.

Excellent service. Simon was helpful and spent time with me showing the two steamers and pointing out their features. He looked up their specs for me online so I could make an informed decision. He also carried the steamer I bought out to my car. Good old-fashioned customer service!

Very poor customer service and they'll push what theyre told to sell. They tried with my walking threw the door however I have a large knowledge in cleaning, product/machinery and previously a sales manager to spot bad sales and customer service staff and protocol. Regardless I was there for parts and service so I proceeded with what I required, from start to them disposing of my meili machine/paid for service i received one actual telephone contact. When presenting it store to collect my machine I was advised it had been disposed of, they couldn't tell me when where why where I was forced to ask for my service report and referred to ring their main number. At dropping off this machine and ordering commercial vacuum parts at same time I was told the meili/my personal household vac wont be shipped till following week and few weeks to return. I never knew when it was actually back instore. Apparently according to main number as I tried to receive my unit back for further diagnosis automated messages are a form of contact which I didnt receive in this case nor is it clearly a reliable form of contact or in fact ACTUAL CONTACT nor proper customer service. I was told the one time they reached me my other commercial part paid and ordered had been collected which it had not to which I was able to collect but not my meili vacuum their were servicing/sending off. It seems their paying customers are to do them a favour by using their business. When I finally mentioned about the so called buy back scheme I was offered to speak with the store for a credit towards new machine, why would I continue to deal with this store when I have received nothing. Very poor business principles ethics and ways of operating where myself, all clients and word of mouth will be directed elsewhere and this experience forever spoke off.

I'm very pleased. I got a great price match, and great help to learn how my product worked.

About a month ago my wife and I called into Godfreys Mount Gravatt looking to buy a floor cleaner for our tiled and wooden floors and we were served by a gentleman called Ian and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and he recommend the Tineco Floor One S5" hard floor cleaner. We are both very happy with the machine and if we need to buy anything else we will definitely be going Godfreys again."

As usual, excellent service with Jordie who really went the extra mile with our vacuum purchase. Her product knowledge was excellent and she very patiently took us through the payment plan application. We always go to Godfrey's for repairs and new products like 2 stick vacs and we've always had great experiences with the team there. Highly recommended this branch!!
