Plenty of room for picnics, activities include walking and bird watching. Excellent views of the river. Smallish but well made aquatic feature with lilly plants and an out flowing stream.

Can't get enough of this place..it's well kept and designed with many beautiful views and walks. Most peaceful and serene place to reconnect with nature. In the warmer periods you'll be pleasantly surprised by water dragon's near the lilly pad pond. Not to forget to mention the fun and educational bush tucker walk.A definite must visit!

Beautiful place for a family day, picnic date or just to relax and enjoy nature.There are quite few tables around and bbq areas. Some nice small trails to walk about for those who don’t like to walk to much but also some more longer walking trails for those who like to explore more.Definitely going back!

Lovely little gardens on a high embankment of the Brisbane River. Picnic areas and gas BBQs. Some short walks to stretch your legs.

Kholo Gardens are stunning. Well maintained pathways, lots of parking and there wasn't many people going around. Seen lots of wildlife, lovely afternoon out

Well maintained and laid out gardens, waterways with views of the Brisbane River. Many covered Electric BBQ areas with tables and benches. Public amenities are well maintained, clean and tidy. Great areas for outdoor games and paved walking trails or simply laze on the well kept lawns.

This garden is a wonderful place to spend a day. The tables and BBQs make it a perfect spot for a picnic or BBQ with friends and family. The well-maintained plants, flowers and water flowing add to the beauty of the garden, making it a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, a great place to enjoy the outdoors

A surprising spot of beauty nestled in Kholo. Some well maintained walking tracks lead you to a peaceful outlook across the river. Noticed a few BBQ’s with gazebos and plenty of grass which would make a great spot for a day with the family. Ample parking and a few historical buildings on site as well.
