Peaceful spot to walk. No bikes.Hilly, but not too difficult. Well signposted. Bushland in suburbia.

Nestled between Richmond Roads Cannon Hill, D’arcy Rd Seven Hills and Adjoining Morningside, Carina and Norman Park; Seven Hills Reserve is a beautiful bushland reserve. Accessible by each of these suburbs, with dirt paths leading across the span of it. Some paths are flat, some hilly to get the glutes working. The flora and fauna changes with the seasons, and it’s a beautiful thing to have a local bushland area like this so close to the city. Definitely one of my local faves for walk and talk catch up, as it’s a generous sized expanse of bush filled area. Great to take the dog for an explore, too. Close to Blue Poppy Cafe and the pizzeria, in Morningside if you need to caffeinate or refuel after your walk.

Great spot for a walk if you are a local. Trails are well marked out, lots of butterflies and birds around the reserve. It is hilly in some parts but accessible to all ages and fitness groups. Highly recommended.

Peaceful bush walking area low to no foot traffic on any given day.Dog friendly on leash only.A handful of park benches to use scattered around on the paths.A great place to just be away from the rush of modern life and society.

I call this place the Mt. Coo-tha of the south side. It's a great place for a dog walk or stroll, and for mountain biking. I love going here for trail runs as the hills are quite tough and you'll get a great workout. They've recently been building a few houses at the top of the hill near the entrances on the NW side. Kind-of wish the houses weren't there and they'd preserve it. Good thing is that they're at the end of the street so I doubt many more will be built.

What a cool little spot! Randomly decided to come here to get a nature fix and there's plenty of short and moderate hikes. Dog friendly too.

We love this place. You can go around the bushland, go a bit higher on the top, sit on the bench and enjoy the atmosphere. Nice place for jogging if you are a fan to train in difficult conditions (stones, height difference).

Lots of different routes to take. Good, quiet area to take your dogs walking. Park benches along the way to sit and rest. Would be better if there were more signs outlining the distances of each section

Steep in sections with lots of hills (possibly 7 but I didn’t count), loose gravel and dirt tracks. It’s a simple main circuit with a few extras, all in we did 6k. Very easy to follow and well sign posted. Sadly haven't seen many birds when we’ve visited but always hopefully for the next outing. Unspectacular but an enjoyable walk, the dog always has fun.
