Been up here a few times and don't know how I missed this. Nice little spot. Small waterfall and great lookout over the valley. Clean toilets.

Just gorgeous, even if you don’t do any hiking (requires good footwear), the lookout from carpark is breathtaking. Walk up to the entrance of the first walk to get that rainforest feel and amazing photos (2 min walk). A must do place to visit, toilets and carpark.

Nice stop on a driving loop and lovely stop. Small waterfall so don't expect to much but pleasant and short walk only with excellent look out

Recommended...This is a great spot to include when exploring the range area. It is close to Mapleton and enroute to Kenilworth. There is a viewing platform sited to easily view the falls, plus the wider vista as well. We visited in damp weather and saw fog flowing across the valley and lingering beside higher parts of the terrain.Black cockatoos flew past and squawked out their presence, adding to the moment.

Great place to visit if you’re in the area, i was stunned by the view, also the circuit trail was worth spending time on too. They also have information about the trees you see along the trails. It was an amazing experience.

Totally enjoyed the experience and walk. Is a bit steep in places but if you want to check out the Falls you have to make the effort.

We visited on a cloudy day and we could see the rain storm coming for us in the valley. We didn’t get to go on the trails because of the weather but the overlook was breathtaking. Looking down in the falls and the valley below was an awesome feeling. The parking lot is a little small so hopefully you can find a good spot.

Nice easy walk through rainforest, view points over the waterfall and hinterland areas. Great to take a deep breath and enjoy. This trail is part of a greater trail of you want to, but if seeking a pleasant wander in the rainforest for 45 minutes or so then this is great

Mapleton Falls is a breathtakingly beautiful destination that offers visitors a stunning view of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The falls are situated in Mapleton National Park, which is located in the beautiful hinterland region of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. This natural wonder is truly a must-see for anyone visiting the region. The falls themselves are quite impressive, with water cascading down a series of rocky cliffs and into a deep pool below. The viewing platform offers visitors an excellent vantage point from which to take in the stunning scenery. The sound of the water rushing down the falls and the fresh, crisp air make for a truly peaceful and serene experience. In addition to the falls, the surrounding forest is also a sight to behold. The lush greenery and towering trees create a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Visitors can take a walk along one of the many trails that wind through the park, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest.Overall, Mapleton Falls is a truly beautiful destination that offers visitors a chance to experience the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, or just want to take in some stunning scenery, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place! If you are interested into seeing the waterfall not just from a distance of the lookout you can walk down the river near the entrance and reach the first jump of the waterfall. You can touch it and have a splendid view of all the forest. Is amazing! Make sure you don’t miss out. The forest is breathtaking and the trees look so ancient so big and high. It’s a magic experience to see the light filtering from the sky and the green turn so vivid. It really is a magical place! There are lots of trails to reach other waterfalls the park is really huge and definitely worth visiting!!!
