Mt Gravatt Outlook Reserve

Great outlook, great experience walking the designated path around the mountain, we spotted five Koalas around the place. You'll find parking, coffee shop and toilets.

Great lookout over to the city & beyond. Good they have free binocular facilities.Awesome Cafe, great food, great coffee, friendly staff.Just watch out for the kookaburras who like to swoop & snatch food!!Great walking trail that loops around back to the Cafe, keep your eyes peeled for the koala.

Nice view of Brisbane from here. It's a shame the cafe isn't open for longer at the weekend. Few carparks and toilet block there is a good addition. Plenty of grass area to sit and relax. Few benches and picnic tables there are usually filled quickly. Popular around sunset and night time when carpark is hard to get..The gate at the bottom of the mountain closes at 8:30 I believe.

Great little spot with a cafe at the top. Heaps of walking tracks and grass areas for picnics.Views were great too.

Walked up from Mayne Estate Picnic Area so great walk; saw 3x koalas along the track close to the lookout, that was amazing; water wasn’t working when we got there so public toilets weren't flushing; beautiful view. Looking forward to being a bit earlier next time to fit in a cuppa at the cafe before return walk.

Great views of the city. If you drive up the narrow winding road to the lookout, there is limited parking and a cafe. Road access is not 24/7. There are at least three separate bush walking tracks to the top.

The view of Brisbane is amazing, as a suggestion the coffee shop over there could be close after sunset it will be great.

I visited Mt Gravatt lookout today and was blown away by the stunning scenery and delicious food at the restaurant. Although it may not be as large as Mt Coot-tha, the atmosphere was very chill, and enjoying the view while sipping a cup of coffee was a great mood booster.However, the road up the mountain was narrow and winding, and required careful driving at a slow speed. There were no mirrors at the turns to allow for viewing oncoming traffic, which posed a safety hazard for pedestrians and cyclists who shared the same road. It would be great if the local government could invest in improving the road by widening it and installing safety mirrors to make it safer for everyone to use.

We saw a koala bear on our way up. A pleasant walk up for a great view and really good coffee served by lovely people. Toilets are available across the car park
