Open house was worth seeing, beautiful gardens and home

Have not been to Gilbert park since I was a kid out exploring in the creek catching little fush for aquarium, and to see my mates playing for Wests

Beautiful parklands kept in immaculate condition. I love the old trees that have seen a century of games. Was a great place to watch my nephew play cricket.

Very pleasant location right next to Bronco's Club.

Gilbert Park is located in Fulcher Road, Red Hill, a Community based Rugby League field that for many years was the main training field for the Brisbane Broncos!The original Broncos change rooms & Gym are still located at one end of Gilbert Park.The Brisbane Broncos & members of the public still use this field, the main training field is now adjacent to the state of the art Clive Berghofer building which now is the main training & administration centre for the Brisbane Broncos.Gilbert Park is a family friendly playing field & at other end of this field is a fenced off Brisbane City Council Dog Park with seating for everyone & all the facilities for your dog.Gilbert Park is located at the rear side of the Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club, there is plenty of car parking available on-site & includes disabled parking close to the entrances to the Broncos Leagues Club.When Gilbert Park isn't being used for training you will often find people from the local area using this field for running around kicking a ball or just having fun.Another point worth mentioning is that Gilbert Park backs onto a Brisbane Council Bike way, which is used for walking & running.So if you are planning on visiting the Brisbane Broncos check out Gilbert Park & the surrounding areas.

Huge park with playground and dog area with water for them. The kids playground has everything slides, swings and huge sandpit with roped jungle jim that's huge! Bike and walking paths go through it. It's just behind Bronco's leagues club car park. It has everything you could want from a park except barbecue area. Plenty to seating to watch children play and to watch your dogs. I highly recommend it. Sorry forgot pictures damn.

Good small park. Has an old-school roundabout and some decently tall swings as well as climbing web and small slide.
