An employee named Nick" was gatekeeping beginners at a course designed for high handicappers.Note allowing a new player to have fun with another paying customers clubs is incredibly brutal for a new player at a course where the maintenance standards already fall to the wayside.Will not be returning to this horrendous course which only cares for money and not the traditional standards of maintenance for the course while having the gall to try enforce those high standards on the new recreational players."

Howeston Golf Course
I absolutely love this course. It may not be the most challenging course in the area, although there are a few holes which can catch you out, but the fact you can just turn up and play 9 or 18 holes (same price) for $23 is amazing. Family owned, these guys should be celebrated, not just for their hard work maintaining a lovely course, but a making affordable golf to everyone.

Public Golf Course family owned.27 holes along a Creek.Most affordable Golf Course I’ve played on in many years.Very challenging and lots of water and big trees.

I've learnt a lot at this course. Definitely recommend for beginners. Like anywhere try go for a hit during weekdays. It sometimes is extremely busy in the weekends.

What a fantastic golf course. It isn't the most well maintained but it's good enough, and there's 27 holes to keep you happy, some of them are absolutely beauties!The staff are friendly and the price is right. They don't sell booze but smuggling a keg of beer in is no worries at all.Will be back!
