RMS performance

Had my cbr 600f go in for miss off the line and fuel leaking.I had said that it doesnt need servicing plugs and oil were just done.They also said that they were rather confindent on said model. So a week maybe 2 later i got the call bike is ready for pick up.I went in the next morning to pick up, they said it some how started leaking again and still wasnt great off idle.They changed plugs and put some carbon cleaner through for a total cost of $580.00. I cant strongly put dont use them seeing that it didnt run any better. such a waste of money

Took my working bike in for the valve clearances to be checked and to balance the carbs. Balancing carbs is a screw out for each carb and vacuum gauges used, maybe an hour tops. To check valve clearances its about an hour. Therefore around 2 hours all up. Quoted $650. Thought that bit high but they are local and i wanted a dyno run. End price was over $1600 and the bike didnt get 800m before stopping.Ok so have checked the bike, radiator coolant was 300ml low as whilst they changed the coolant, they didnt check levels after starting bike and reserviour was empty, therefore nearly 600ml light of coolant, basic mistake. Two main jets werent just on the wrong side of bike (two 100s on left and 2 97.5s on right) but were in the mid range holders, another basic mistake. Air screws were so far out on two carbs it was massively lean, hardly any fuel.Brand new gaskets were torn, even though i used low tack gasket glue and the goop they used dripped onto the magneto so the bike misfired. Magneto had rust on it i guess because left out in weather.So now to tyres, they charge about $30 to $40 more than other places from what i could tell. I ordered 2 super sticky tyres, only they put a super sticky on rear and just a street tyre on the front. Will say they tried but what was simple was made difficult and time consuming and well over priced.

Great workmanship from the team at RMS. They fixed my GP1800 throttle body for a reasonable price and it’s never run this good before. So much more power and throttle response. Thanks again guys.Mitch

Booked in to get my GSXR600 dynotuned.Staff were great to deal with,very happy with the results,feels like a different bike,smoothed out the flat spots and on/off the throttle response has improved drastically,cheers

Great service. Friendly staff. See Chris really helpful. I went to Tyroola website for tyres but RMS performance were cheaper including fitted. Got my brakes done great price. Not there to rip you off and going beyond the call of duty to find me some triumph light indicators.
