A well maintained park with good equipment, would say the lack of toilet is the only downside but with enough nearby places to cover that its all round a very decent spot.

Great park with beautiful views of the city sometimes. Play area for the kids with swings and slide etc and water fountain for human and animals to keep hydrated because we all know that's very important. Great little community hub and awesome spot for picnic with numerous options for food around including grocer

Great little local playground close by main Marrickville strip. Playground has 2 slides, 2 swings, a small bridge, a spider web climbing rope, short tunnels and more. Not very busy at most time of day, so a neat little spot to take the kids for a play...

My grandson loves this park as there are plenty of kids friendly playground with swings,slide and climbing things to do.Enough benches and picnic table for a family or two.Nicely kept grass to run around or kick a ball or two too.Highly recommended.

This park has alot of local history in it...if you explore a little. The pergolas and dwarf boundary fence are heritage listed and the park used to be home to the Petersham Municipal plant nursery. Its a charming, shady spot for lunch. Very popular with mothers who have young children as there is a nice play area. Space to throw a ball too. Its also right next to Little Treasures Cafe, so its wonderful for a stroll with one of their melted Belgian hot chocolates.

I went GAGA for the trees in this place. Oh, MY goodness GORGEOUS! The palms are majestic, and all the other beautiful trees have obviously been well taken care of through the years. When the flowering trees are in blossom it's just a little paradise. I can't compliment this little gem of a park enough. Definitely stop by here for some inner city nature appreciation when you have the chance.
