I was with Elgas for years on a bulk fill arrangement but found they were ripping me off.I changed to bottle gas with Kleanheat and was happy with the service and was saving money.Then Elgas bought out Kleenheat!So i closed my account and switched to Supa gas which i am very happy with.However i cant get Elgas to take away the old cylinders ??It has been 3 months and several phone calls and they are still in my driveway!!Dont use Elgas as they have the worst customer service.Go Aussie owned Supagas

Worst customer service. Nothing close to what they promise prior to getting your business. Delivery to our first order was delayed and bottles were not full. When we ordered our second delivery they told us there's a 3 to 4 day turnaround however for a surcharge of $110 they will sacrifice another customers delivery and deliver sooner. They treat their customers as a number with dollar signs instead of valued customers. We are now transferring to Supagas, their customer service and prices are way better and more attractive which ensures their customer advocacy.

Pretty disgusted by the service and am looking at changing providers. I am even willing to pay more if we get a better service. They have cancelled our delivery numerous times and this time they didnt deliver because the driver was sick. What the hell is with that? Our last delivery was 23rd July we are now in September and they want us to do hit water test. Why should we have too? They say they deliver monthly irrespective of how much gas you have. I am livid. We have a disabled child in the house who is unable to moderate his body temp. Not happy, not happy at all.

Guy showed up of indian background 2 delivers ago complaining he couldn't lift empty bottle up on truck tryed to drive of had to stop him and put bottle on myself last delivery was a kiwi what a credit to hes company this delivery put bottle at entrance driveway in plane sites they claim couldn't deliver access was blocked what a joke
