I was getting my computer parts and ended up buying books and Fujitsu hardware. Modern little business park. Weekends are hektik antiseptic. If you want to find parking and chill, mwave got ya fam.

Huge complex housing a big number of retailers and selling to the public. I went there for MWave computers whi always have a huge stock available of really good quality goods. Best to buy on line and drop in to pick up. You are there only 10 minutes at most then

Busy. Hard to get a parking spot due to how busy it is.Has 1 main retailer there who everyone goes to

Nice facility. I visit 3 businesses there and it's conveniently located near the M4 motorway. Parking can be scarce during business hours though.

Range and price at mwave are great however the techs are probably tired of the hoard of regular people that aren't savvy enough to trouble shoot on their own. When they eventually deal with someone that knows what they talking about they tend assume the customer is wrong. Granted the issue I presented them was rare. But the option of testing my device in another wasn't even considered to resolve an incredibly simple issue. I was forced to assume all the risk of purchasing another part to prove my point. Zero accountability was taken for selling me the incorrect product in the first place. Plenty of room for improvement here guys. I hope this feedback helps. I rarely post but this situation was extremely frustrating. In any case I was able to resolve issue with store credit provided for incorrect part sold. The only issue here was the techs did not offer to check if I was correct. Which I was.

Easy to place order online, pickup on weekend, plenty of parking spot. Great service. Chat with them online for some advice.
