Parking is a nightmare, and it should be free no matter what, you spend at least an hour getting in and out. Location is terrible at a major route exit creating a bottle neck. The mall itself is over crowded due to its narrow corridors. They should seriously think of relocating to a better location and add some better stores too. Recently went to Harbour Town on the Gold Coast and that was a million times better.

It's been ages since I've been to DFO, lots of new shops and great sale. New additions to the the food court as well.

This is our favorite factory outlet because it has more stores than other outlet malls. The mall layout is nice too unlike Birkenhead Point. There's also plenty of parking but could get challenging during weekends. Downside is that parking is a little bit expensive as it only offers 2hours free, which is really not enough when you're outlet shopping.Best time to go during special sales as some shops often have additional discount on top of the already low prices. Was amazed to know that adidas is also opening a shop here.

One stop for all your clothing needs... Almost all the luxury and premium clothing brands under one roof... All with decent discounts.... Always end up buying more than what I need when I end up going here

The shopping centre itself is good and the variety of the shops is good too. However, you absolutely MUST avoid visiting it with a car during any sale day/season, or you will be stuck for hours. The carpark is big, but the traffic management is awful. Although they have quite a few people in the carpark but they make the traffic worse as they don't have any plans and just make the cars go around and keep the road block

I am from Brisbane. And comparing DFO of Briabane with Sydney.It's food court is bigger and have more food options than Brisbane's.There are more brands than Brisbane. Like Lacoste.But the stock and variety in most of the outlets were not more than Brisbane's stores. It's perhaps due to the size of every store. (Too small)

I don't know why people come to this place. It doesn't have much going for it. It's an ugly area, the building looks half finished, the food court is small but the food is good there and there's too much traffic on the streets. Go to Birkenhead Point for an enjoyable shopping experience with water views. Two stars because the food retailers are pretty good.

Just a really fantastic place to wander around .. to find something to spoil yourself with and fantastic prices on everything and anything you can think of ..i got shoes ..yippee... coz like i dnt have enough ...ohhh nearly forgot ...if you are a hot chocolate lover like me ..you gotta do the lindt hot chocolate ..my mouth still salivating at the memory of it

Elevator always full and can't enter it. Waited over 1hr in total to use elevator. Parking is ridiculous, I have never experienced such bad parking in my life. Been waiting 1.5 hrs now to exit the car park- I believe I still need 1 hr at least to make it out.Never again.
