Great views and clean and spacious apartment. Overlooks Nelson bay and was quite relaxed. Close to bowling club. Sits at the top of the bay with incredible views and plenty of parking.

The quilt on our arrival spending $360 per night. To remedy this we were given a new quilt dumped inside our door. No effort to even make the bed up without stains. Disgusting

Unfriendly/unhelpful staff and not even available after 6pm. Minimal and out dated kitchen utensils (frying pan had 100s of scratches). Rooms never serviced. Lack of extra bin bags and toilet paper. Only positive is swimming pool. Wouldn't recommend.

Never been to Nelson Bay before and found this resort online. We were able to get a room on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the bay. Sitting on the balcony at sunset is amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are always available and extremely helpful. The resort is about an easy 5min walk into town which has numerous restaurants and shops to visit. The resort is located next to the local bowling club which is a great place to eat and relax. Had no issues with noise and there is plenty of parking available. Will return in the future.

Great hotel, great room and view, quiet clean environment we had 3 days with our Australian friends who made our vacation even more wonderful before we moved on to gold Coast loved everything about it

We are staying here for few days now! Awesome facility, we got a family suite on 5th floor, with magnificent bay view! The rooms are very clean and tidy, with new bathrooms. Heated Pool is great the kids love it. The onsite restaurant is also great and convenient. Wish we stayed another couple of days here. Best Accomodation in Nelson bay.

Nice spot. Little bit of tennis noise as our room was on that side of the building. Nice view if you are facing the water
