Obviously different head chef and cooks aboard since last time I ate here. Portions considerably smaller and quality below previous standard. Shame last Head Chef left, his prawns whole and grilled, fresh produce, well portioned meals. Been a member for years, bit disappointed.

It's been a while since I last visited. A lot has changed, for the better. The meals from Happy Grillmore are reasonably priced are good sized portions. The addition of the children's play area outside is a great idea.

The course is in good order, a few wet patches, the 3rd hole was closed with the 19th taking its place. 5th tee was moved forward which is not ideal.Overall a challenging course where club selection and positional play is very important. I played to my handicap (except 1 blowout hole).Food in the club house was excellent as always (I've never had a bad feed here).

Dinner on a Friday evening, too tired to cook! Ordered the food and sat back with a drink in hand and watched the sun set over the golf course. Good value, nice food, and a great way to wind down after the working week. Live music, too!

We reserved a few tables for my husband's 50th birthday, we were able to decorate the tables and bring a cake etc!All the staff were lovely and super helpful, the singer was awesome, the food was also good!Highly recommend for a celebration!

Nicely laid out, undulating course with scenic views from elevated points on the course.Fairways in good condition despite the rains experienced in 2022. A couple of holes still recovering from the inundation but quite playable.Recommend hiring a cart if walking up inclines us an issue. Hole #18 with an elevated green is a monster that punishes approach shots that are short.

Well spaced tables no one crowded onto you. Meals huge and lovely and quick out of kitchen. Was very busy but plenty of room and good atmosphere

I visited thr restaurant twice in a month, 2nd time on Valentines 2023. 1st time it took 2 hrs to prepare a burger. 2nd time they ran out of salt sachets, what a clown show! I complained and they just said sorry. A few minutes later they produced salt shakers but did not bother go around advising tables of the change. Just all round poor showing.

Absolutely terrible!! Went for dinner and ordered our food, over an hour later had to go up to the counter to ask how much longer our food would be taking to come out, I’m then told “it’s coming now” so I go sit back down.15 minutes later my buzzer goes off, only for garlic bread. I waited over an hour for garlic bread that was COLD!!Then comes our food about 10 minutes later and my partner had asked for his steak to be cooked medium. The poor piece of steak was almost ashes!!! With a side of mashed potato that could have came straight from the fridge!!!An absolute monumental waste of my precious time and money!!!! 10/10 would NOT recommend!!!
